Shipping & Returns
Delivery
We ship across Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days; express delivery in major cities takes 1–2 days.
Charges
Standard shipping is PKR 300 and free on orders over PKR 8,000. Express shipping is PKR 600.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on all orders across Pakistan.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange unworn pieces within 14 days of delivery. Original tags must be attached. Sale items are final.
Damaged Items
In the rare event that a piece arrives damaged, contact us at hello@serein.pk within 48 hours and we'll take care of it.
